The project includes a mega industrial township, the internationally envisioned Malabar Maeen Wagyu beef project, advanced hydroponic farming clusters aimed at reducing agricultural losses, integrated cold storage networks, logistics hubs, and diversified manufacturing sectors.  

 Through blockchain-based financial systems, export-oriented industries, and next-generation infrastructure, the initiative aims to contribute significantly to India’s economic growth while building a self-sustaining industrial ecosystem.
